Adam Massie
Co-Founder & Director
With over 10 years of headhunting experience, I am currently running a boutique firm that offers a rigorous executive search process based on deep functionalities and industry knowledge. I partner with clients in various sectors, including financial services, property, and FMCG, to identify and secure high-performing staff members who match their growth needs and objectives.
As a former rugby player and personal trainer, I have a passion for people and their development, and I take the time to truly understand our clients and candidates in order to make appropriate introductions and provide clear value for both parties. I also enjoy building and leading a strong team of recruiters who share my unwavering drive and dedication to improvement. Outside of work, I like cooking, traveling, and staying fit and healthy.

I have worked in the Property Finance sector for over 15 years, predominantly within the Sales sector, including Mortgages, Bridging, Development finance and Commercial Property. I have worked with many recruiters, so I know what works well (and not so well) from a candidates perspective. I am able to really understand both the journey of finding a new job, through to the ins and outs of the daily grind for a lot of the candidates I work with. Relationships are extremely important to me, so even if we aren't the ones to place you, I can certainly help you along the way!
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family, eat amazing food in nice places, travel, and exercise.

My name is Ada and I joined after being rescued from the back of a lorry coming from Hungary- I was headed to a Puppy Farm! So when the nice people from the Dogs Trust introduced me to my new family, I was so excited! I am very happy to be able to give cuddles and smiles to the team every day!
I enjoy walkies, chicken dinners & belly rubs whenever possible!
